Fertilization of Lawn Areas
Spring Application (April) 5 - 5 - 20
A pre-emergent granular fertilizer application will be broadcast. This application will be low nitrogen well balanced fertilizer. The percentage of nitrogen will be low because of the ground temperature. The ground temperature needs to be 59-60 degrees Fahrenheit for the nitrogen to be totally absorbed by the plant.

The potassium will also help boost the plants disease resistance.
Mid-Summer (July) 5 - 5 - 20
